Hi, I’m Megan.

I love talking about business.

Seriously. Give me a cup of coffee (or better yet, a glass of wine) and tell me about your business, and I'm all in. I love hearing how people got started, what they're building, what's working, what's keeping them up at night, and brainstorming ways to make things run more smoothly. I've always been fascinated by the behind-the-scenes side of business and what it takes to turn a great idea into a successful, sustainable company.

That passion has shaped every step of my career. And, as you’ll read, I’m a bit of a mutt when it comes to my work experience.

For over a decade, I co-owned and operated a bridesmaid dress franchise where I learned firsthand that running a business is equal parts exciting, rewarding, exhausting, and sometimes completely overwhelming (like taking a business through the early days of COVID). I wore just about every hat imaginable—from managing employees and inventory to customer service, marketing, finances, and everything in between. Those years gave me a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship and the grit it takes to build something of your own.

After selling the franchise, I continued exploring different corners of the small business world and eventually found my way into project management and operations. Along the way, I gained experience in bookkeeping, financial processes, project management, operations, and creating systems that help businesses function more efficiently.

Looking back, there's been one common thread through every role I've had: I genuinely enjoy organizing the parts of a business that most people don't. Whether it's creating better processes, untangling workflows, organizing financial systems, managing projects, or simply bringing order to chaos, I've always been the person who gets excited about figuring out how things can work better.

And honestly? I know that's a little unusual.

What I've realized over the years is that many business owners don't love those things—and they shouldn't have to. Most entrepreneurs started their businesses because they're passionate about serving clients, creating beautiful spaces, building products, solving problems, or pursuing a craft they love. They didn't start a business because they were excited to create SOPs, organize digital files, manage projects, or rethink operational workflows.

At the end of the day, I believe small businesses are the heart of our communities. They create jobs, support local economies, and bring personality and passion to the places we live. Helping those businesses become more organized, efficient, and sustainable isn't just what I do—it's something I genuinely love.

And if you ever want to grab coffee and talk about your business...just know you've found my favorite topic.

“I created this business to be the partner I know so many business owners need—someone who can step into the operational side of the business, bring structure to the chaos, build practical systems, and help everything run more smoothly. Be that for a business of 1 or 20, a short-term project or a sustained need. My goal is simple: give business owners back the time and mental space to focus on the work that lights them up while knowing the business itself is running with intention.”
